Orders
We dispatch all orders promptly upon receipt, we do not make a delivery charge and use air mail. Most items are available from stock, but please allow 14 days from time of order.
Returns
We fully guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any items you purchased from us, please return it within 30 days from the time we shipped to receive a complete refund. Please note the following conditions on all returns:
* Goods returned must be new and not used. * We do not pay for postage on returns.
Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied and decide to exchange an item you have received for another item, another size or another colour, please note the following conditions apply: * Goods sent back must be new and not used. * We do not pay the postage for sending the item(s) back to us.
We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to the customer and send the good(s) at our cost.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged, defective or incorrect product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges. Please return items using Air Mail
